Meet Your Planner

My journey into the wedding industry began in a bridal boutique, where I started out as a sales consultant. From my very first day, I knew I’d found my calling, not just because of the pretty dresses, but because of the brides. I discovered how much I loved helping them feel calm, confident, and truly special during such a meaningful time in their lives.

In 2006, I opened my own boutique and spent the next eleven years completely immersed in the world of weddings. Over time, my role naturally evolved, I found myself offering advice, connecting couples with trusted suppliers, and often stepping in to help when the planning became overwhelming. It soon became clear that what I loved most was not just this one part of the wedding journey, but bringing it all together.

In 2018, I launched Ann Nicholas Weddings. The name is a little tribute to my husband, Nick, the “Nicholas” who kept everything running smoothly at home while I built the business (with five kids in the mix!). His support means the world, and it’s a big part of why I get to do what I love every single day.

At the heart of every wedding I plan is you, your story, your style, and all the little details that make you unique. I’m a big believer that your wedding should feel like you, not just look pretty.
