On the Day Coordination
If you’ve planned your wedding but want someone there to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day, this service is for you.
What you can expect:
I’ll come on board around 4-6 weeks before your wedding to go through all your plans, get to know your suppliers, and create a clear timeline so everyone knows what’s happening and when. Together, we’ll chat through every detail, big and small, to make sure nothing is overlooked.
On the day itself, I’ll be there from the moment the venue opens right through to the end of the night, overseeing the set-up, coordinating suppliers, and keeping everything running to plan. If any little hiccups pop up, I’ll take care of them quietly in the background so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
This service lets you truly relax and enjoy your day, knowing everything is being looked after, exactly as you imagined.
